Absolutely! Our Simpay Payments Experts can answer your questions about our Payroll & HR program, Simpay Eats online ordering, POS Solutions, and any other programs you want to know about.

Your Merchant ID (MID) is emailed to you when your account is approved. If you’re already, your monthly statements will show your MID too.

Log into your AccessOne account and view your current statements. You can request paper statements, view your recent transactions, deposits, and batches.

If you’ve changed banks, opened another locations, relocated your business, changed ownership, or want additional services, contact Client Success at clientsuccess@simpay.net and we’ll take care of you.

In most cases expect to see the funds deposited into your bank account within 1-2 business days for Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover transactions.
